Since the days of LCD panels, we have been well received by our customers for a variety of equipment such as G3 to G10 size panel/cassette/carrier transport equipment.

Production Facility for Optical Disk

Taking advantage of our control technology in the electronics fields, we have been developing optical disk production equipment together with our partner companies. We have succeeded in commercializing and mass-producing products that meet the strict conditions required by customers, such as chemical discharge control for speedily forming a uniform film and spin coating.

Transport System in Process - Loader/Unloader

When installing transport equipment to connect process units, there are some transport methods considered such as transfer machines, AGV's, RGV's, conveyors, robots, traversers, buffer equipment, and guided vehicles. We accurately grasp the needs of our customers and deliver the optimum transport system for tact, accuracy, and quality. We also have a track record of delivery methods for process units.

Conveyor System

Conveyors are often used in transport systems for mass production. We construct a conveyor line by appropriately combining conveyor belts, roller conveyors, lifting conveyors, swivel conveyors, conversion conveyors, tilting conveyors depending on the object to be conveyed. We have delivered a large number of various conveyor systems by combining stable standard conveyors and development facility that meets customer needs, and have been well received.

Wafer Separator/Photovoltaic Manufacturing Equipment

Thinly sliced wafers in the solar cell slicing process are stuck together by oil. This is a difficult task to peel off the wafers without breaking, but our unique separate technology enables high-speed peeling off and wafers to be delivered one by one to the post-process equipment. Our technology has been well received by major domestic solar cell manufacturers.
