We have produced various mechatronics products and FA systems with our outstanding control technology.

Our technology is based on the electronics-related Control Technology that has been accumulated during the production of distribution- or control panels since the company was established.

Distribution- or Control Panels are still one of our main products and have an important role as a system that controls the power system of various facilities.

We mainly handle high-voltage incoming panels, pumping operation panels, low-voltage control panels, central monitor operation panels for sewage-treatment plant, in addition, we provide various power distribution and control systems that meet the needs of various users, such as garbage-disposal facility, steal-related industries, automobile manufacturers, housing-related industries.

With the sophisticated industry and the enhanced urban functions, electricity as energy is becoming more and more important, and its demand is diversifying.

How we should utilize electricity (energy) to solve various problems such as cost reduction, productivity and improved quality?

With the new needs coming out, we not only deliver equipment such as distribution/control panels, but also provide know-how and knowledge as specialists in electricity/machine/information technology to save energy and improve efficiency from both hardware and software perspectives.

As well as building a system that eliminates losses of power distribution and allows us to use electricity efficiently, we would like to be of service by proposing and consulting various power distribution and control systems that increase the added value of products and contribute to solving problems such as energy saving and environmental protection.

We deliver high-quality products speedily through our integrated production system from design to construction.

Design

We first create specific manufacturing specifications, control flow, circuit diagram, and after its approval, create manufacturing drawings including external drawing, internal layout drawing, connection drawing.

Plate Working

We manufacture housings of boards based on the data of the manufacturing drawing. Housings are manufactured by the process of die cutting, bending, cutting of angle material, and welding of flat plates with turret punch press.

Painting

We paint housings, covers, and frames.
Specifically, it is the process of base treatment, painting, drying, and inspection of thickness and unevenness. We support two types of coating, melamine baking coating and powder coating.

Assembly

We assemble and wire parts based on the internal layout.
When assembling, we process electric wires with mark tube or crimping, and create device seals.

Checking/Shipment

Our quality assurance staff checks products.
In addition to general appearance check, energization test, and pressure test, we perform various tests based on customer specifications and submit a test inspection report.

On-site Test Run/Modification/Maintenance

Construction and adjustment work after delivery.
Regular maintenance and remodeling work after installation.

When modifying or updating the board, we will conduct a field survey as necessary.
