From Design and Manufacturing to Delivery and Installation, We Provide Fast, High-Quality Solutions Through Our Integrated In-House Production System.
Design
Based on the customer's requirements specification, we prepare detailed manufacturing specifications, control flow diagrams, and electrical schematics. After approval, we create production drawings, including general arrangement drawings, fabrication drawings, internal layout drawings, and wiring diagrams.
Fabrication
Based on fabrication drawings and enclosure drawings, we manufacture control panel enclosures. The enclosures are produced through a series of processes, including sheet punching with a turret punch press, bending, angle steel cutting, and welding.
Painting
Fabricated enclosures, covers, and frames are finished through a comprehensive painting process. This includes surface preparation, coating application, oven curing, and final quality inspections such as coating thickness and finish uniformity checks. We support both melamine baking coating and powder coating to provide durable, high-quality surface finishes.
Assembly
Based on the internal layout drawings, we install components and perform all necessary wiring. During the assembly process, we also carry out wire processing, including marker tube installation and terminal crimping, as well as the preparation of device labels to ensure accurate and reliable panel assembly.
Testing & Shipment
Our dedicated quality assurance staff perform a wide range of tests and inspections to ensure product reliability and quality. In addition to standard inspections such as visual inspection, electrical continuity testing, and dielectric withstand voltage testing, we conduct various tests based on customer specifications. Detailed test and inspection reports are prepared and submitted to the customer. After successfully passing customer witness inspections and documentation reviews, the panels are carefully protected, packaged, and shipped to ensure safe delivery.
On-Site Commissioning, Modification & Maintenance
We provide on-site installation and adjustment services following product delivery. We also offer periodic maintenance services and modification work after equipment installation to ensure long-term reliability and optimal performance. When panel modifications or system upgrades are required, we conduct on-site surveys and inspections as necessary to assess existing conditions and provide the most suitable solutions for our customers.
