Image Inspection System

The Image Inspection System improves work efficiency in your factory if you have problems in the manufacturing process such as "Inspection takes too much manpower" or "many defective products".
Instead of visual work, a inspection system with cameras has realized unmanned and high-speed operation.

Automated Sorting Line

During product transfer, inspection processes such as image inspection, weight measurement, and noise measurement are performed, and sorting and labeling are automatically completed based on the inspection results. It also manages inspection result data by linking with system control.
It is a difficult task to concentrate and sort manually for a long time, but instead, an automatic sorting line enables stable quality control and sorting.

Inspection Facility for Medical-Use Bottles

Suitable inspections such as imaging/ weighing/dimensional inspection, leak test, checking two-dimensional code, temperature measurement are conducted during automated transfer.

Vision Alignment

Vision Alignment enables high-accuracy positioning and alignment. During the products transfer, the position information is captured in the image of the camera and the alignment is corrected by our unique technology.
This makes it possible to confirm accurate position information, realizes an accurate process in the post-process, and is useful for high-quality products.

Software Development

Self-developed software for Galvano scanners is one of our sophisticated processing technique acquired in Laser System Field. In order to realize a high-quality laser processing, software with high-seed position control is essential. We have developed this software for people use laser machines, from the standpoint of using a laser.
