Expectations for robotic systems are increasing both in Japan and overseas for improved factory productivity and labor saving. From mass production to small-scale production, we design and manufacture production lines that utilize commercially available scalars, straight lines, and articulated robots according to customer requests.
For each robot, especially the articulated type, we perform a simulation to verify the feasibility of related equipment including cycle time. We will combine our cultivated knowledge in a wide range of fields with advanced equipment and control technology to make reliable automation equipment.
Articulated Robot/Auto Assembly Line
Articulated robots can flexibly respond to changes in the mounting angle and position when attaching and detaching the product, which provides a highly versatile line system with flexible supply direction and supply height.
Panel Transfer System with traveling Robots
